Le Cassoulet's name is derived from the French word which means "the Stew" Our wide-ranging menu is inspired by the back-to-basics principles of rustic & home-style cuisine from the Southwest of France and dishes such as our Cassoulet Duck & Pork, or Cte de Boef, sauce poivre or barnaise or the Fillet of Wild Seabass will certainly tantalize your taste buds. Our menu also changes to suit the seasons and to include fresh produce which becomes available during specific times of the year.
