Our Food

Le Cassoulet's name is derived from the French word which means "the Stew" Our wide-ranging menu is inspired by the back-to-basics principles of rustic & home-style cuisine from the Southwest of France and dishes such as our Cassoulet Duck & Pork, or Côte de Boef, sauce poivre or béarnaise or the Fillet of Wild Seabass will certainly tantalize your taste buds. Our menu also changes to suit the seasons and to include fresh produce which becomes available during specific times of the year.

As with our sister Restaurant Le Vacherin in Chiswick Park, Le Cassoulet's menu is regularly updated and thoughtfully developed to recreate the tastes, textures and aromas achieved only by using the finest and freshest ingredients to recapture the authenticity of French cuisine. The best dishes start with the best ingredients, that's our philosophy! manger, boire et s'amuser!

Le Cassoulet, a country style French bistro offers diners the best of rustic French cuisine based on the dishes and specialities of South West France.

Our ambiance is warm, cozy and intimate for the whole family, that special night out for two or for the busy executive who needs to host a business lunch.

Le Cassoulet's extensive wine list includes vintage champagnes, white, red and rosé by the bottle, carafe or glass.
